Privacy Policy — Invoice & Bank Statement Reconciler AI

      Zero Document Storage Guarantee: We do not collect, store, or retain your uploaded PDFs, receipt images, or pasted invoice/bank statement text. All documents are processed strictly in volatile memory (RAM) for real-time structured extraction and are immediately discarded upon completion of the request.
    

1. Google OAuth Scopes We Request (Least-Privilege Only)

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.currentonly: Used exclusively to write extracted invoice and bank statement line items and CPA math audit results into the active Google Sheet where you launch the add-on. We cannot access any other spreadsheets in your account.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request: Used exclusively to communicate over HTTPS with our whitelisted Cloud Run extraction service.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email: Used solely to associate your account with your monthly page quota (15 free pages or PRO subscription status).

2. How Document Extraction Works (In-Memory Only)

When you paste raw invoice/statement text or select a local PDF/image file for extraction, the payload is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS to our Google Cloud Run service, parsed in-memory via the Google Gemini API (gemini-3.8-flash) and our deterministic Python math audit engine, and returned to your active Google Sheet. Raw files and document text are never written to disk, Cloud Storage, or permanent databases, and are never used to train AI models.

3. Data We Store

We store only your email address, current page quota usage count,subscription status (processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments), and optional anonymized telemetry (document page count, currency code, and math balance status) when you click "Flag Bad Output".

4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)

Invoice & Bank Statement Reconciler AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
