How to Reconcile Documents in Google Sheets™

Step 1: Open any Google Sheet and launch Invoice & Bank Statement Reconciler AI from the right-hand side panel (or Extensions → Invoice & Bank Statement Reconciler AI).

Step 2: Either paste raw invoice/bank statement text directly, or toggle ON Upload PDF / Image and click Choose PDF / Image File(s) to select up to 5 local PDFs or images (processed in RAM only).

Step 3: Choose your preferred Output Template (Master Audit Log, QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Executive Summary) and click Extract & Reconcile to Sheet.

Step 4: Review the inserted rows—green rows (✅ BALANCED) passed the deterministic math check, while red rows (❌ MISMATCH) highlight exact arithmetic discrepancies.
